Application has been made by TOTAL S.A. to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 89,870,935 ordinary shares of TOTAL S.A. with a par value of 2.5 Euros per share, including (i) 1,469,606 ordinary shares issued from January 2015 to December 2015 in connection with the exercise of TOTAL S.A.'s shares subscription option plans, (ii) 13,945,709 ordinary shares issued on January 14, 2016, in connection with the scrip dividend option for the second interim dividend of the fiscal year 2015, (iii) 24,752,821 ordinary shares issued on April 12, 2016 in connection with the scrip dividend option for the third interim dividend of the fiscal year 2015, (iv) 24,372,848 ordinary shares issued on June 23, 2016, in connection with the scrip dividend option for the remainder of the fiscal year 2015 and (v) 25,329,951 ordinary shares issued on October 14, 2016, in connection with the scrip dividend option for the first interim dividend of the fiscal year 2016.

Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on November 28, 2016.
