Issued Share Capital and Total Voting Rights

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 196,636,819 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3 and 1/3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

As at the date of this announcement The Topps Tiles Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") holds 1,259,275 Ordinary Shares and has waived its right to exercise its voting rights and to receive dividends in respect of these Ordinary Shares.

 

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 195,377,544. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

This announcement is made in conformity with DTR5.6.1R.
