Director's share dealings
Topps Tiles Plc ('Topps') was yesterday notified that Stuart Williams,
chairman, transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in Topps to family
members on 12 February 2000 for nil consideration. Stuart Williams is now
beneficially interested in 5,827,720 ordinary shares (approximately 13.9% of
the issued share capital).
