                             Director share dealing

The Company received notification today that Stuart Williams has transferred
800,000 ordinary shares in the Company by way of gift to The Williams Charitable
Trust. As a result Mr Wililams now has an interest in and is the registered
holder of 23,868,600 ordinary shares in the Company amounting to 10.47 per cent.
of the current issued ordinary share capital.
