Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has today issued and allotted 26,836 new ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") as a result of the exercise of share options by Matthew Williams, a Director of the Company under the Company's 2009 SAYE Three Year Scheme. The options were exercised at a price of 16.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Matthew Williams will now hold 534,734 Ordinary Shares representing 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company. As a result the combined holding of Matthew Williams and Lucia Williams, spouse of Matthew Williams and a connected person, is 597,734 Ordinary Shares representing 0.31% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the issue the total issued share capital of the Company will be 191,692,194 Ordinary Shares, each with equal voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, to a change to their interest in, the Company under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
