Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today informed of the sale of 17,872 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Rob Parker, a Director of the Company (the "Transaction"). The Transaction took place today at a price of 86 pence per Ordinary Share.

The 17,872 Ordinary Shares that have been sold were issued as part of a Deferred Bonus Long Term Incentive Plan as announced on 9 June 2011 (the "Plan"), and were primarily sold to utilise Rob Parker's individual annual CGT allowance.

Rob Parker will now hold 100,339 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
