Richard Horsman acquired 500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.89 pence on 12 June 2017. Following the transaction above, Richard Horsman's beneficial holding in the Company is 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 2.28 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
