Software Licensing Agreement

Netcentric Systems PLC announces a Software Licensing Agreement entered into
by the previous board in which the former head of sales, Phillip Campbell,
will take over the full responsibility for Marketing, Sales and Support of
Netcentric's Lychee flagship product in Europe through a new company,
Netcentric (Europe) Ltd.  In return, Netcentric Systems PLC will receive a
royalty on every sale made by the new company.
