Netcentric Systems PLC (the 'Company')


The Company announces that Mr Christopher David Williams, sales director of
the Company, has resigned from the board and left the company with immediate
effect. The Company has decided to move to a two-tier board structure and
consequently Mr Williams' responsibilities have already been assumed at
operational level.

At the same time Mr Robert Williams, non-executive chairman of the Company,
who is resident in the USA, has agreed with the board to recruit a UK based
chairman capable of devoting significant time to the Company during its
current growth phase. He will continue in his current role until a new
chairman is appointed.
