TomCo received notification on 4 June 2008 from Barclays PLC, pursuant to the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that following the acquisition of 166,829 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 3 June 2008, Barclays Bank Trust Company Ltd and Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd are together interested in 37,743,729 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 7.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
