Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that following a sale of 2,000,000
ordinary shares in the Company, New Opportunities Investment Trust plc has a
total holding of 21,000,000 ordinary shares in the company.  The shareholding
following this sale represents 15.03% of the Companys ordinary share capital.
