Netcentric Systems Plc (the 'Company')
The Company announces that it was today advised that, on 11 September 2000,
Eaglet Investment Trust acquired 2,000,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company
and now has a holding of 22,000,000 (8.636%) ordinary shares in the Company
through HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd.
