Netcentric Systems Plc ('Netcentric')
The Company announces that it was today advised that further to the issue of
7,750,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company on 20 July 2000, HSBC Global
Custody Nominees Ltd's holding of 20,000,000 ordinary shares, which remains
unchanged, has fallen from 8.097% to 7.851% of the Company's issued share
capital.
