                     Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Netcentric is pleased to announce that Paul Hughes has been re-appointed to the
board of the Company as a non-executive director with effect from 31 October
2006. Paul was originally appointed to the board of the Company in February 2002
but stepped down in March 2006 to pursue other interests. He is being
re-appointed pursuant of the potential reverse transaction which the Board is
currently undertaking and which it hopes to complete by the end of the year.

Paul Martyn Hughes, aged 49, holds or has held over the previous five years the
