Proposed participation in a new fund

 

TMT Investments PLC (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies across a number of core specialist sectors, announces that a number of blockchain industry participants, in a joint initiative with TMT, propose to launch a new fund investing in blockchain-related opportunities (the "Fund").

 

Details of TMT's participation in the Fund have not been finalised, but it is envisaged that certain members of the Company's senior team will join the board of directors of the Fund's management company.  In addition, TMT will contribute its human resources and expertise to the Fund. TMT is not expected to be responsible for general administration of the Fund.
