On 12 August 2014, TMT received notification from Alula Trading Limited that it has acquired 2,953,498 TMT shares from Caninton Trading Ltd.  As a result, Alula Trading Limited owns 2,953,498 TMT shares which represents 10.71% of the Company's issued share capital, and Caninton Trading Ltd. ceased to be a shareholder in the Company.
