Appointment of broker

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Optiva Securities Limited ("Optiva") as joint AIM broker.

Pursuant to the terms of the engagement letter, Tlou has today issued Optiva 500,000 options in Tlou shares exercisable at a price of A$0.14 per share for two (2) years from today's date.
