The Company was informed on 2 September 2003, that following the Purchase of
1,100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each on 1 September 2003, Standard Life
Investments now have a notifiable interest of 10.47 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company. This is their only notifiable holding in
the Company.
