Managers,  on  behalf of Edinburgh Small Companies  Trust
plc,  that  it  has  a beneficial interest  in  1,100,000
ordinary shares of 10p each, representing 9.98 per  cent.
of  the  issued ordinary share capital.  This holding  is
registered in the name of RBSTB Nominees Limited.
