Director's Dealing
The Company was informed on 1 March 2000 that Chris
Jarvis, a director of the Company, sold 16,500 ordinary
shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') at 85p per
Ordinary Share on 1 March 2000. Following the sale,
Chris Jarvis is interested in 148,500 Ordinary Shares,
representing 1.35 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital.
