                              Director Appointment                              

 

The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Keith Ritchie will be joining the
Board of Titon Holdings Plc as a Non Executive Director with effect from 7
February 2005. Mr Ritchie is employed by Bank of America in London, working in
Global Corporate and Investment Banking. He is 45 years old and is a chartered
accountant.

 

The Company's Chairman, John Anderson, commented: "Keith's wide business
experience combined with his knowledge of the City will be greatly beneficial to
the Company and we look forward to working alongside him in the future."

 

Mr Ritchie's wife is a major shareholder in the Company and between them they
have a beneficial and non-beneficial interest in 1,077,280 Ordinary Shares
representing 10.2% of the shares in issue.


There are no further details that may otherwise need to be disclosed by Mr
Ritchie in regards to paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to (g) and 16.4(a) of the Listing
Rules.
