The Company has been informed that Mr Christopher Jarvis, a director of the
Company, today sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at £0.96p per Ordinary Share.

Of these Ordinary Shares sold by Mr Jarvis, 2,000 Ordinary Shares each were
purchased by Mr David Ruffell and Mr Christopher Martin, both also directors of
the Company, at £0.96 per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the above transaction, the relevant Directors' interests in the
issued Ordinary Shares are as follows:
