                               DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Company has been informed today that Mr R Brighton, a director of the
Company, yesterday exercised an option to acquire 14,000 ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.03 per Ordinary Share.
Following this exercise, Mr Brighton has an interest in 34,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.32 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company announces that further to the announcement of 30
September 2003, in relation to the appointment of Mr Tyson Anderson as a
director of the Company effective from 1 January 2004, Mr Anderson has an
interest in 187,500 ordinary shares representing 1.78 per cent. of the current
issued share capital of the Company.

There are no further details under Rule 16.4 of the Listing Rules of the UK
Listing Authority that need to be disclosed.
