                             Director Shareholding


The Company was today informed that Mr J N Anderson, a director of the Company,
ceased to be a trustee of a trust holding 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 27 August 2002.  He therefore ceases to have
a non-beneficial interest in these Ordinary Shares.  As a result, Mr Anderson's
total interest has decreased to 2,237,802 Ordinary Shares, representing 20.23
per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
