                      Titon Holdings Plc ('the Company')



The Company was informed today that David Ruffell, a director of the Company,
today bought 37,500 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') at 89p per
Ordinary Share.  Following this transaction, David Ruffell is interested in
69,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.62 per cent. of the issued ordinary
share capital.


The Company was also informed today that Chris Jarvis, a director of the
Company, today sold 45,000 Ordinary Shares at 89p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Chris Jarvis is interested in 86,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.78 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.
