                             DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING



The Company has been notified that Mr. C Jarvis, a director of the Company, sold
10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 July
2007. The transaction price was £1.08 pence per Ordinary Share.


Following this transaction, Mr Jarvis's beneficial interests in the ordinary
share capital of the Company was 45,000, representing 0.4 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
