The Company was informed on 13 January 2006 that Mr Nicholas Howlett, a director
of the Company, exercised an option over 3,750 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £1.03 per Ordinary Share.

Following this option exercise, Mr Howlett has a beneficial interest in 13,750
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.10 per cent. of the Company's current issued
share capital.
