Appointment of advisers and review of strategic options



The Board of Torex Retail has appointed Jefferies International Ltd. to advise
it on a range of strategic options for the business.



In light of significant levels of interest being shown in the business by a
broad range of parties, the options to be reviewed will include the possible
sale of the Group.



The Group's principal financiers are fully supportive of this development and
further updates will be issued as and when appropriate.
