Review of strategic options

The Board announced on 30 March 2007 that it had appointed Jefferies
International Ltd. to advise it on a review of a range of strategic options for
the business, including the possible sale of the Group.

The Board now confirms that it has received significant expressions of interest
for the Group.

The review process is ongoing and further updates will be issued as and when
appropriate.

Meanwhile, the Board further confirms that the Group's principal financiers
remain fully supportive of the strategic review process and continue to make
available adequate ongoing funding to the Group.
