The Board announces that it is pleased to note the announcement this afternoon
that the OFT has decided not to refer the Company's completed acquisition of
Retail-J Limited to the Competition Commission under the provisions of the
Enterprise Act 2002. This decision by the OFT is in line with the Board's prior
expectations.
