('GS Inc') that GS Inc, as at close of business on 25 September 2006, was
interested in, by attribution only, a total of 60,470,061 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 15.14 per cent. of the
Company's current total issued ordinary share capital of 399,386,472 Ordinary
Shares.
