In accordance with the new Transparency Rules, the Company was informed on 27
March 2007 by Citigroup Global Markets UK Equity Limited ('Citigroup') that, in
fulfilment of their obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule ('DTR')
5, Citigroup, as at close of business on 16 March 2007, was interested in, by
attribution only, a total of 11,209,157 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 2.70 per cent. of the Company's current
total issued ordinary share capital of 414,825,509 Ordinary Shares.
