The Company was informed on 4 March 2005 that Richard Thompson, a director of
the Company, purchased, on 3 March 2005, 26,350 ordinary shares of 1 pence each
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 112 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this
purchase Richard Thompson is beneficially interested in 26,350 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.014 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
