                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING



The Company was informed on 17 November 2004 that Chris Moore, a director of the
Company, acquired, jointly with his wife, 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
('Ordinary Shares') at 73p per share on 15 November 2004. Following this
acquisition, and taking into account the Ordinary Shares that he is subscribing
in the placing announced on 15 November 2004 and the Ordinary Shares held by his
wife or in their joint names, Mr Moore is interested in 3,868,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 2.30 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share
capital following the placing.
