The Company was informed on 28 March 2006 that Christopher Moore (a director of
the Company) purchased 145,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at
a price of 92.25p and 125,000 Ordinary Shares at 93.75p. Both purchases occurred
on 28 March 2006.

Following these purchases, Mr Moore is interested in 12,327,355 Ordinary Shares
representing 3.74 per cent. of the current total issued ordinary share capital
of the Company of 329,992,647 Ordinary Shares.
