The Company was informed on 20 November 2006 that Ed Dayan, a director of the
Company, sold a total of 700,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares')
at a price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 November 2006. Following this
sale, Mr Dayan is beneficially interested in 17,959,014 Ordinary Shares
representing 4.495 per cent. of the current total issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.
