                              Director Shareholding


The Company was informed on 13 November 2006 that Ed Dayan, a director of the
Company, transferred a total of 1,063,830 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 47p per share on 13 November 2006, as part of the
management share purchase announced yesterday.


Following this transfer, Mr Dayan continues to support and have a substantial
stake in the Company and has a beneficial interest in 18,659,014 Ordinary Shares
(representing 4.67 per cent. of the current total issued ordinary share capital
of the Company).
