The Company was informed on 3 October 2005 that Ed Dayan, a director of the
Company, transferred a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary
Shares') by way of gift to his siblings (for nil consideration) on 3 October
2005. Following this transfer, Mr Dayan is beneficially interested in 19,722,844
Ordinary Shares representing 6.11 per cent. of the current total issued ordinary
share capital of the Company of 322,800,094 Ordinary Shares.
