                               Additional Listing


Application has been made for 532,674 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London
Stock Exchange ('AIM').


The new Ordinary Shares are being issued to satisfy deferred consideration
payable to acquire a 25 per cent. minority interest in XN Entertainment Limited.
These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and
dealings are expected to commence on 12 June 2006 on AIM.
