                               Additional Listing

Application has today been made for a total of 3,103,830 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM
market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM') pursuant to an updated settlement of
consideration for the recommended offer for Anker Plc

These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and
dealings are expected to commence on 21 September 2005 on AIM.
