                               Additional Listing


Application has been made for 62,006 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London
Stock Exchange ('AIM').


The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options.
These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and
dealings are expected to commence on 15 September 2006 on AIM.
