Time Out Group plc (AIM: TMO), the global media and entertainment business, today makes the following notification pursuant to AIM Rule 29 and Schedule 6 of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block listing announced on 29 May 2018.

 

The Company has allotted 1,250,000 shares under its existing block admission of 1,250,000 shares announced on 29 May 2018 in respect of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and deferred share consideration for certain acquisitions.
