The Company was notified on 12 June 2009 that on 10 June 2009 SVS Securities plc
("SVS") disposed of 37,802,117 ordinary shares of £0.0006818 each in the Company
("Ordinary  shares").  As a result of the disposal SVS's holding  has  decreased
from  196,609,653 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 12.9 per cent.  of
the  voting  rights  in the issued ordinary share capital  of  the  Company)  to
158,807,536  Ordinary Shares, with each Ordinary Share having one voting  right,
representing  approximately 10.45 per cent. of the voting rights in  the  issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
