City  Equities Limited purchased 4,923,454 Ordinary Shares on 12 September 2006,
representing 3.36% of the enlarged issued share capital of 1pm.

Having  sold  4,923,454  of these Ordinary Shares, to certain  of  it's  private
customers,  acting  as Principal, as at the close of business  on  14  September
2006, City Equities Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
