Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

1pm, the AIM quoted independent provider of finance to the SME sector, has today been informed that on 18 March 2015 Ron Russell, non-executive director, purchased 40,000 shares in the Company at 54.475p per share following which Mr Russell's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 7,388,684 shares representing 20% of the Company's issued share capital.  UK Private Healthcare Limited, a company of which Mr Russell is a director and with which he is connected by virtue of a 25 per cent. shareholding, has an interest in 622,950 shares in the Company.
