Tiger Resource Finance plc ('Tiger' or the 'Company')

Total Voting Rights

The Company's issued share capital on 31 January 2008 was 202,071,939 ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares').  Of these, the
Company held 29,500,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury, which do not carry voting
rights, at that date.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 172,571,939.

The above figure of 172,571,939 may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
