                              Holdings in Company

The Company received notification on 6 December 2005 that, following an
acquisition of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares'), Strongbow
Capital Limited holds 12,150,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which
represents 6.05% of the relevant share capital of the Company.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 235,881,939 Ordinary Shares
and Tiger now holds 35,000,000 ordinary shares in treasury
