Tiger announces that it was informed on 9 February, 2001 that Everett
Financial Management Limited ('Everett') in its capacity as a licensed dealer
in securities sold 1,785,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Tiger ('Ordinary
Shares') to its clients leaving Everett with a balance of 9,650,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 4.32% of the issued Ordinary Shares.
