Dealings by Substantial Shareholders
Tiger announces that it was informed on 6 February, 2001 that Everett
Financial Management Limited ('Everett') in its capacity as a licensed dealer
in securities sold 610,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Tiger ('Ordinary
Shares') to its clients leaving Everett with a balance of 14,330,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 6.42% of the issued Ordinary Shares.
