Tiger Resource Finance plc ('Tiger')
Dealings by Substantial Shareholders
Tiger announces that it was informed on 2 February, 2001 that Everett
Financial Management Limited ('Everett') in its capacity as a licensed dealer
in securities sold 1,320,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Tiger ('Ordinary
Shares') to its clients leaving Everett with a balance of 16,070,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 7.19% of the issued Ordinary Shares.
